Renewal Guidance for Existing Customers

We are happy to inform our respected customers that with the release of v.3.5 of Belkasoft Evidence Center, all our forensic products merged into this one. No more mess with multiple products and editions! Now Belkasoft has the single product, Belkasoft Evidence Center 2012 with the following editions:

Existing customers may upgrade to Belkasoft Evidence Center 2012 according to the license they have:

Additional features

You may request additional features, which were added to Belkasoft Evidence Center, to your current configuration. Particularly, Forensic Studio and Forensic IM Analyzer v.2.0  did not have very handy Case Management component. If you like, you may add this component for a small additional money.

Note to lifetime license holders

As you may have noticed, we do not have lifetime support plan since summer 2011. This, of course, does not affect existing license holders. However, if you like to upgrade to Belkasoft Evidence Center 2012, we offer you to upgrade for FREE with 5 years of support plan. If you choose to do so, we give you Case Management component absolutely for free! Let us know if you still like to stay on the lifetime plan.

How to upgrade?

Due to the limited capabilities of our support service, we kindly ask you to request upgrades in two periods of time:

  1. Dec 19, 2011 – Jan 7, 2012: lifetime license holders only
  2. Starting Jan 31, 2012: all other customers

Please write us an email to support@belkasoft.com and include

  • your support ticket or license code,
  • the name, license is issued for and 
  • last renewal date (or purchase date, if you never renewed your license).
