New products: Outlook Express Analyzer and Outlook Analyzer Pro
We are happy to announce newly appeared Outlook Express support. Two products are now able to work with Outlook Express mailboxes: Belkasoft Outlook Express Analyzer and Belkasoft Outlook Analyzer Pro. The difference is that while the first one has only Outlook Express support, the second one supports both Outlook 2003/2007 and Outlook Express.

As usual, these products do not ask you about mailbox owner passwords or account name, they do not require Outlook or Outlook Express to be installed, you do not have to be logged in under the mailbox owner account, the products do not require write access to a disk drive so if you are doing forensic examination, they will perfectly work with the write blocking devices. As usual, Encase drives are supported.

Extended Outlook Support and new build of Belkasoft Forensic Studio
Our Outlook analysis utility now supports extraction of Outlook attachments. If a letter has a file attached, it will be marked with the standard Outlook paper-clip mark. To examine an attachment, right click on a mail with an attachment and select it in an opened menu. The application registered for this file type will start. If you do not trust the contents of an attachment, just export message history. All attachments will be saved in appropriate folders.

We have updated our Belkasoft Forensic Studio bundle accordingly. Now it contains support for many various Instant Messengers, several browsers, Outlook 2003/2007 and Outlook Express. The price is not changed! If you are registered user, just download the latest build and install it. If you would like to upgrade an older Belkasoft product, drop us a line. How to upgrade
