Updates of several our products
We are glad to inform you about updates of many our products. We have just released version 1.4 of Forensic Studio, IM Analyzer and Browser Analyzer products. What's new? Please see below.

Support for Vista 64-bit
First of all, we have supported 64-bit Windows Vista, many times requested feature. This OS is now supported by Belkasoft Forensic Studio, Belkasoft Forensic IM Analyzer, Belkasoft ICQ Analyzer, Belkasoft QQ Analyzer, Belkasoft Outlook Analyzer (both regular, Pro and Express).

Two new browsers supported by Browser Analyzer
Belkasoft Browser Analyzer now supports two more browsers: Mozilla Firefox 3 and Google Chrome. Now it supports 5 most popular Windows browsers. Please note, Firefox 3 and Chrome support is Beta so if you notice any issue, please contact us.

Virus detected in Belkasoft products?
Some of our customer complained that their virus detection software alerts them on Belkasoft products, particularly Kaspersky and Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security. This is so-called 'false positive' caused by our software protection, but of course we understand our customers' worries. The problem with Kaspersky was solved together with Kaspersky guys - now it does not issue any warnings on our software. Trend Micro, unfortunately, are not that quick, but we contacted them and hope for reply. If you experience the same problems with another anti-virus software, please contact us.

Our support is really supporting
One of our customers complained that we did not fix two bugs she met some time ago. The problem was that we did not know about these bugs - our lab samples did not show them. The problem was fixed less than in one week and update can be found on our site. The conclusion is that if we knew about the bugs earlier, the fix would have been provided earlier. We encourage you to please contact us on any problem met - we are doing our best to implement fixes as soon as possible.

Though our products have good world wide reputation of having easy and intuitive user interface, many of our customers are asking us to create training courses for them to quick start using all our product capabilities right after the purchase. We created small training courses available online via WebEx. These courses cover Belkasoft Forensic Studio or Belkasoft Forensic IM Analyzer. Please contact us if you are interested.

How to upgrade
Registered users are entitled to upgrade to version 1.4 for free. Your old registration keys are valid for new versions/builds. Just download new version, install it over the older one and use your existent key if you asked for.
